Since the reform and opening-up, the lost and poor efficency of state-owned assets run serious in our country day by day. The main reason of those above mentioned is the lack of effective control to enterprises. At the same time, the information is more and more important in our life, the processing and transition of information break through the localization of time and zone, the rapid development of the Internet and ionformation processing technology provide the ample information resources and technical means to realize the realtime and effective supervision for the state-owned enterprises. In view of this, this thesis will probe the problem of supervison for the state-owned assests further and perfect the system of supervison and administration, make use of NIS to assistant the government to strengthen the supervison, establish the supervisory information processing system, hope to provide some ideas and advice for the supervisory system so as to prevent the loss of state-owned assets and promote state-owned assets' run efficiency.This thesis will perfect the system of supervision and administration for the state-owned enterprises from the following aspects:First, analysze the supervisory and administrant actuality of the state-owned enterprises, find out the open questions in the supervison for the enterprises, bring forward that apply the theory of evidence to the system of supervison and adminstration.Second, set up the supervisory mangement indicator system in order to provide the gist for the supervison for the state-owned enterprises. We will combine this system with the method of expert decision;make use the AHP to make sure the weighting of indexs and use the theory of evidence to realize the compose of different experts'advice. To monitor and forcast the business operation, and promote state-owned asstes' run efficency. Preserve and increase the state-owned asstes'value.Third, set up the system of supervison and administation for the operators. Apply the theory of evidence to the selection and judgement of operators so as to clear up to unsure information's effect during selecting and estimating the operators.At last, informalize the model of supervison and administration that based on the theory of evidence. Analyze its necessity and feasility and set forth its significance. According to the content of the supervision, set up the supervisory information processing system's architecture and functional structure.
