Contractual Relationship Research Between Franchisor And Franchisee

In the process of establishing franchising system , preliminary consultationnegotiations, training and financing support, selecting the store location, management,quality supervision and supply all depend on the relationship between the franchisor and thefranchisee。 This paper takes a deep study on the contractual relationship between thefranchisor and franchisee。 And there are also some suggestions on this relationship in thispaper。This paper makes a research on the relationship between the franchisor and thefranchisee using the theories of New Institutional Economics, including the TransactionCosts Theory and the Property rights Theory。 With these theories we can make theconclusion that the franchising system is the new contractual arrangement and the essential ofthe relationship in the franchising firms is contractual relationship。 There are some practicalsuggestions on establishing the good franchising relationship in this paper。...
