That includes the index system, which had discussed from three parts in the E-business: the companies, the individual customer, and the third part and the environment. That is the result of the risk distinguishing. And then build the model through the BP neural network on the base of the index system.A completed early-warning system still include some assistant system and the actualize mechanism. So at the end of the study, this subject give the actualize method and the operate flow.
