Many departments and ventures had realized the important of "modern logistics" deeply, some of them had attempted to introduce the modern logistics ideas, technology and management mode into their work. However, the theory research and practice are concentrate on direct logistics chiefly, the reverse logistics which related to it have not yet come into people's eyesight. There are nature recourses exhausting and environment deterioration because of rapid economy development and improved material civilization. In this situation, our government had made the continuous development as one of state policy. In the meantime, the enterprises begin to research the reverse logistics for cost cutting down and improve competition ability.These years, the competition of domestic auto industry become more and more aggressive, the only path to successful in the competition to auto company is cost cutting down, quality improved and service perfected. Auto manufacturer industry is one of the steel costed business, there would output many scraped steel in the process of auto manufacture, efficent scraped steel management is valid method to cut down cost and improve enterprise competition.However, the research of output scraped steel reverse logistics in auto manufacturer has yet not attracted the eyesight of domestic academic community.On these base, we give my opinion on scraped steel logistics management mode in auto manufacturer.The content include: the background of title choosing and present research situation in internal and abroad academy;the summary of reverse logistics;the research of scraped steel and its reverse logistics operation in auto manufacturer;the model of output scraped steel reverse logistics in auto manufacturer. Finally, we analyze the case of scraped steel reverse logistics in DongFeng auto company limited.At present, it is a new topic on scraped steel reverse logistics in auto manufacturer in our country, there are not many systematic and theoreticall papers. Although this paper is not perfect in theory, but I still hope it would draw on experiences to output scraped steel logistics in auto manufacture.
