Along with plentifulness of the physical life and advancement of the civilization in mankind, looking for experience consumption would become a commercial hotspot. The approaches of experience business ages come to a trend that business model will develop and renew. As a result, the Mall is exactly the inevitable outcome of this trend.In fact, our country has had a burst of the Mall in recent years, many megapolis have began or claimed to construct the "** biggest mall" .On the one hand, it indicates our country retail industry also come in sight of the bright prospect of Mall, and intend to rob to preempt the advantage;On the other hand, the investment of Mall is a project with huge cost, long period repayment and complicate operation. In addition, there isn't a fix and mature mode for reference. In this circumstances, the stage in beginning of Mall in China met a series of problem. Specially, because of lack of the suitable theories for instruction and successful experiences for use, the operation and management of Mall was in chaos. This paper is also based on this to make a research.In order to point out the subject and direction for the research, firstly, this paper has an analysis of the backgrounds and current domestic and international researches in this area;And then, I make an analysis to the related theories of Mall, point out that the rise of experience business is an inevitable result of the change of consumption mode. Also, I have a comparison between Mall and traditional retail shop, and explain the inevitability of appearance of Mall in a point of view of retail state evolvement mechanism. Then, the article carries a comparative research on operation and management mode between the domestic and international Mall, gets the problems that our Malls were facing and suggestions the abroad Mall gave us.Then, the article puts forward a several principles to set up the operation and management mode of the Mall in China. Based on these, studying development and operation mechanism of the Mall, the paper defines the function of each relatedparties clearly. Then in order to put forward the mode, in which the professional operator is qualified the whole rights to manage Mall, some suggestions were given to establish the Mall operation &management negotiates conference system, to escort the Mall operation roll its hoops.In all, this paper is based on the research by others, combining the concrete circumstance of our country, synthesize the application of comparison evidence analysis, illation analysis and synthesize analysis etc, to explore a set of Mall's operation and management mode which is in keeping with our country's circumstance and characteristic, and expect to make an effort for our country commerce to have a healthy, sustainable and stable development.
