Study On Problems And Countermeasures Of Asset Securitization In China

Since asset securitization was born in 1970s,it had fast developed and became the quiteimportant tool in developed countries. Comparing with European countries,Korean andJapan,asset securitization is now still in a relative stage currently in China becase of specialfinancial systems and financial enviroment no mater in theory research or in usingpractice.Just being based on this reason,the writer researches the problems andcountermeasures in our asset searitization and hope to provide beneficial thought fordeveloping our asset securitization.The article can divided into 5 chapters except preface and postscipt:In the preface,it mainly introduces the development situation of asset securitization inworldwide and financial enviroment currently in China,and points out social realisticmeaning of this artick.The first chapter introduces the basic concept,features andsystem,just for having a theory foreshadow for the following chapters.After seriouslythinking about asset securitization in developed countries such as America,Japan andKorean and being on the base of summing up their experices,and combing with our speicalcondition,the secend chapter provides the strategetic thoughts for our asset securitizationwith comparative ways.The third chapter introduces the meaning of developing assetsecuritization in China and discusses the nessesity and feasibility.The fourth chapteranalyze in details facing problems and countermeasures of asset securitization.Firstly,itintroduces for basic asset,and then provides suggestions for basic asset and priting whichcan be securitized on the basis of investigating our finanial situation.After that,it analyzes indetails problems for asset securitization in accounting,tax revenue,establishing SPV andcreditor's rights transfer in the future uses and provides suggestions.The fifth chaptor is thepart of using examples,it uses the four cases of quasi-securitization ,and one case ofsecuritization for discussion in order to expound my points.The article begins with basic concept and principle of asset securitization,uses the way ofcomparative analysis and provides available experience on the basis of using internationalexperience and comboning with our l national condition.We use the way of qualitative andquatitative analysis to research exist problems and provide solutions.I conduct positivistanalysis by a lot of cases to make sure the article links closely with our practice and hasemore practical meaning .
