Methylene-phenyl diisocyanates(MDI) are the main products of Yantai Wanhua Polyurethane Co.,Ltd. Yantai Wanhua guide the development of China Polyurethanes industry, making China to own independent intellectual property right.The paper introduce the management general situation, development strategy and human resources management of Yantai wanhua, after I summarized a lot of performance management researchment combining with the correlative theory , I provide Yantai wanhua performance management system, designing department performance management system and employee performance management system, they are also run in the company. The employee performance management system involved detailed performance analysis, performance results correction, performance results using, organization and employee performance review measures and a lot of real and useful forms, this is a performance management stencil of excellent public company in China.The purpose of this paper is to help the enterprise realize its development strategy, provide reference for correlation enterprises through the research of organization and employee performance system.
