| This article is based on the Ministry of Education subject"The Research andPractice on Reform and Development of MSE Specialty in the New Century"charged with School of Management, Tianjin University. This article starts fromthe factors which influence the formation and development of MSE discipline,studies on the social environment of talents demanded in MSE in new century,analyzes the status quo of higher education of MSE discipline in China andother countries, finds out the problems existing in our universities, analyzes thesocial demand for the talents of this specialty with the model of principalcomponent analysis. Finally, it gives the cultivation mode of talent "all-around,learning, open, international"which is helpful to the reform of interrelatedspecialties in our universities. Among the model, "Open"is brought forwardsby author after brown studying. It is beneficial to the study of education in newcentury. |
