The dissertation mainly analyses the development and the motive of merger and acquisition of Chinese enterprises. What's more, it explores how to choose the financing and payment method in M&A of Chinese enterprises.It consists of four sections. Whether the payment and financing method adopted is appropriate, not only influence the operation of M&A markets, but also determine the final result of M&A transactions. The dissertation brings up some advices in connection with the special situation of payment and financing method in China. It has positive sense to standard the process of M&A in China and to give an imputus to Chinese enterprises to enlarge through M&A.
