With the service economy epoch coming, service has been the mighty weapon for building, improving, holding competition preponderance. However, how to improve service quality is the problem all airlines face. Under the traditionary culture and inherent management, many airlines' service quality management developed slowly. But SC airlines, the weak airlines in China, quickened improving service quality management for its survival. It constantly explored, learned advanced experience, and using information technique, developed and consummated its service quality management step by step. By operating the quality system, SC airlines can find kinds of quality deviation, but because of many factors, it can't solve them out and out. So it is very important and imperative to take one advanced mode for solving quality deviation. If doing that, SC airlines can almost eliminate the deviation completely, reduce accident, improve service quality, insure safety, acquire market, win the competition preponderance, achieve enterprise's target.
