Study Of Quality Control In Production Process Of Small Volume And Design Of Software

The quality control is important contents of quality management and is important tools to realize the preventive principle and keep the process in statistical control .In twenties of this century ,the American Dr. W.A. Shewart proposed the quality control theory which could give alarms to the process whenever it was abnormal .But it apply producing of a great deal of products .and don't apply producing process of small batch. As the small volume production becomes more and more popular, how to use SPC methods including quality control charts and how to use the classical quality control ways to production of small batch , have important value. The characteristic of small volume production is that there is on enough data, hence we need to study the quality control in production process of small batch and develop a more effctive method , that is just the research object of this dissertation. The contents of this dissertation are as follows: Firstly, we discussed the quality control method of small volume production in the history, inchuding small batch quality control chart of Hillier F.S. ,Q quality control charts of Quesenberry C.P. and quality control of small volume production based on Bayes analysis of Dr Bu XiangMin. Secondly, we study the small volume production in reality. Based on no enough data and information and reduce the loss, we give a method of using process advanced in the small volume-Single-Regression-Advance method, so use the product advanced direct the last ,and determine the system factors and reduce the probability of miscarriage of justice Thirdly, we study the design of programs of Single-Regression-Advance method. Though Single-Regression-Advance method is effective in theory, it is difficult to make a chart in production and to make a form, so we design the effective program to use in reality. In this dissertation, Chapter 5 gave a case study about my works. This practices are in accordance with the theory in this dissertation very well.
