The Use Of Cycle Economy In Solving Water Resource Problem

By using the theory of cycle economy, this article analyses some means to solve the water resource problem and constructs the theoretical frame of water resource cycle economy. On the basis of these efforts, by using the "analytic hierarchy process(AHP)", this paper analyses some important factors which affecting water resource problem of Zhejiang province and sets forward the means to resolve the water resource problem of Zhejiang province .This paper has 5 parts. The first chapter looks back the studies made by the forerunners; the second chapter puts forth a an analytical frame by introducing the cycle economy theory; the third chapter shows some important factors affecting water resource problem of Zhejiang province by using the analytic hierarchy process; the fourth chapter brings forward the means to solve the water resource problem; the last part shows some suspending problems haven't been resolved by this article.
