Stratagem And Countermeasure Of Technology Innovation Of Shandong Agriculture Internationalization

Based on economy globalization, agriculture internationalization and the macroscopical background of China joining WTO, the scientific connotation, character, origin, and tendency of agriculture internationalization were analyzed and discussed; the relations between technology innovation and agriculture internationalization development mechanism were analyzed carefully from the aspects of heightening farm product international competition ability, optimizing agricultural industry structure, increasing farmer income, accelerating agriculture technology industry exploiture, quickening agriculture production system reform, accelerating sustainable development, quickening cultivation of outstanding person with ability, quickening technology production translation, receiving challenge of high-tech agriculture and agriculture globalization, quickening well-to-do society construction and modernization construction of country, etc. The actuality and the characteristic of technology innovation and agriculture internationalization in Shandong Province were analyzed, and its shortage, difference and challenge were also given. According to the situation and the analyses on Shandong agriculture, the main point of this dissertation was to bring forward the aim, principle, main modes, main items and area layout of Shandong agriculture internationalization development. Moreover, the development frame of agriculture internationalization main body, financing mechanism, risk ensuring mechanism and management harmony mechanism were also made in the dissertation. At last, the technology innovation countermeasures of agriculture internationalization were brought forward from nine aspects such as intensifying key technique tackling, momentous technique breakthrough, agricultural industry structure optimization and adjustment, constructing sciential agriculture industry system, establishing agriculture technology innovation system, developing agriculture technology industry group, perfecting farm produce quality safety system, increasing systematization degree of market entry of farmers, accelerating cultivation of all-around persons with ability.
