The global reemphasis and movements of CSR in the 1980s is an issue of Global Ethics, going with such social conflicts as polarization of wealth, conflicts between employees and employers, and social poverty which coming from economic integration. To comply with the China's affiliation to WTO and economic integration, we need to face actively the inevitable tendency of CSR, and moreover avoid its new trend of trade protectionism. In a broad sense, CSR means when a business creates profits and is responsible for its shareholders, it should take the responsibility of law and morality and justice for other stakeholders, including employees, customers, community and environments. The word CSR, means human rights, health, safety, society and environment, which overcomes strongly the passive impacts of economic integration. The human race asks a corporation to act as a good citizen to respond to its social responsibility positively. What is the intension of CSR? How to look at the nature of CSR? Are there any reasonable foundations of such a conception? How to treat the strong tide of CSR movements? And what can China's corporations do in economic integration? These are the issues to be discussed in this article. CSR is in itself both a theoretical topic and practical movement. So, this article is developed from two layers both theory and practice.
