The land assets market in China was founded with a series of economic reforms and the development of the social market economy, especially, the practice of land reform.Keeping the sustainable and healthy development of real estate industry plays an important role in national economy, while reasonable land supply serves as the basis. Therefore, it is required to legalize the structure of the land supply and comprehensive methods. In order to reach the balance of supply and demand, we must give enough guidance and direction to the real estate investment and promote the sustainable development of real estate industry.From the data of present market situation, development trend of land assets and the present status of real estate investment, this article has articulated the essence of the land assets and related market analysis, meanwhile, analyzed the structure and mechanism of the land assets market as well as the application of the current land reserve system and its proper measures. This paper also analyze the land assets market from the angle of supply and demand, and the method of balancing the supply and demand through the application of "Game Theory".Detailed analysis is given on the factor of real estate venture, investment environment and investment process of real estate investment, policies of how to control and hedge the investment risk in the real estate investment decision process, decision making process from the angle of quality and quantity.This paper also elaborates on the influence of the real estate investment scale and direction taking consideration of land supply and city planning, formulates the influence of land price fluctuation on real estate investment, explains the influence of land supply policy and method on real estate investment by taking land supply status of Wuhan as an example. Therefore, comes to a conclusion that a careful analysis should be made on real estate properties market before any real estate investment plan, particularly on the land supply police and city layout, and the understanding of the supply demand condition of real estate market and price level.
