Condition of current marketing channel in semiconductor industry is described briefly at beginning of this paper. And then further analysis and study on marketing channel of semiconductor industry are performed under direction of the advanced theory on this region.The problem of how to design a suitable structure of the marketing channel in semiconductor industry is discussed later, including the methods, the related factors, selecting distributors and positioning the relationship with distributors. At the same time, methods of marketing channel management is discussed in the following, including evaluating of a marketing channel, promoting the distributors, dealing with channel confliction, etc.The future and possible development of marketing channel in semiconductor industry under the fleetly developing of IT technology and E-business are discussed later.A case about marketing channel management in a semiconductor company is showed at the end of this paper. |
