The Strategic Study On Developing Modern Logistics Of Chinese Railway

In the logistics industry of high-speed development of our country, it is a key homework link to transport. The railway is regarded as the important infrastructure, main artery of national economy, popular means of transportation in the country, play an important role in the modern logistics system. Our country is vast in territory, the inland is deep and broad, have a large population, and the dependence on railway of transportation of the large goods and materials is strong. According to the sustainable development strategy which the central authorities put forward, the railway should accelerate the system reform, expand transport capacity, accelerate the construction of informationization, improve freight transportation quality, perfect the service function of the logistics, implementing enterprise's strategic cooperation of the logistics, positive cultivation logistics market hard, fully utilize various kinds of advantages, accelerate expanding to the logistics service industry.Although the railway has unique advantage and opportunity to develop logistics service, there are inferior positions and challenge that can't be ignored either. The thesis combines enterprise's reality has carried on research from four respects on the countermeasure of developing the logistics service industry of the railway. The thesis divides into four parts altogether:First part, have explained the overview of the Chinese railway, the necessity that the railway freight expands to the logistics service industry, and the main research contents of the thesis. Second part; have analyzed the internal and external environmental, opportunity and challenge of the development logistics industry of the railway with SWOT matrix. The third part, develop, adopt such three respects as implementing integrated strategy to the modern logistics service industry, concentration diversification strategy which increases service product, defensive strategy of implementing separation of main and secondary business activities, etc. Strategic idea of putting forward the railway and developing the logistics service industry. The fourth part, introduce competition mechanism by "network transport separate", accelerate informationization of the railway and e-commerce construction, is it make railway logistics take standard system, perfect railway legal system, pay attention to building of contingent, talent of logistics, etc. this thesis has studied these different fields which ensures the tactics of the railway development to the modern logistics service industry.
