| This article is based on Dong Fang Stream Turbine work (DFSTW). DFSTW is a large state-owned enterprises which mainly process power-generation equipment. With speedly development of china's economy, the development of electrical marketing is exceeding the producing capacity of the power-generation equipment and the needs exceeding the supply. DFSTW face both new development chance and challenge. Therefore, how to cope with chance and challenge, form unique and continuable competitive advantage, enhance responsible speed to market is importance strategic issue to us.For this question ,this article have two parts to solve. The first part, Author is adopting PEST and SWOT theory. He analyze social environment, industry environment and interior environment of enterprise. So we get enterprise's core competence. My results suggest that the core competence of DFSTW consist in produce system is how to fit responsible speed to market and how to enhance efficiency of produce system. The second part, Author is adopting Professor Michale Bolter's value-chain theory to enhance enterprise's core competence. My results suggest that the enterprise must enhance core competence through two facet. One part , We analyze product value for making certain process of product increment. We make certain core value of product for matching product and produce system. Through analyzing product value, we can optimize produce flow. Another part, we are adopting value chain theory to making outsourcing. The article find disadvantage through analyzing enterprise actual status. The author suggest that enterprise should optimize system of outsourcing management to enhance efficiency of produce system through setting up effective system of outsourcing strategic.To enhance DFSTW's core-competence by value chain analyzing can raise the ability of fast reaction of the enterprises, realize enterprise' global optimization and improve enterprise' competitiveness. |
