For the Internet is highly developed at present time, the XML/EDI composed by XML and EDI becomes the main way of data exchange. Besides the strongpoint of traditional EDI, the XML/EDI also have the advantage of fitting the network and lower cost. These make the XML/EDI more suitable for the present society, so it develops swiftly.Nowadays the most popular frameworks used in SCM are: OBI, xCBL, cXML, Biztalk, UDDI, RosettaNet and ebXML. These frameworks are divided into two parts: XML/EDIs about framework and XML/EDIs about exchange standard. XML/EDIs about framework mainly design the trading process and framework, but not the trading detail and trading information which add the users' workload and complexibility by unifying the standards, while XML/EDIs about exchange standard mainly design the trading detail and the schema of the document , but not the trading process which add the users' complexibility of data exchange by negotiating the work procedure. To solve the problem mentioned before, after comparing the usual XML/EDI frameworks , this paper implements a data exchange framework composed by the ebXML structure and CPA matching mechanism,, UDDI registry and RosettaNet PEP business flow based on the real need of a company in SCM. After designing the key parts of the framework, this paper construct a archetype which implement the framework, and also validate the feasibility and the utility of the framework. The research of this paper combines the strongpoints of the excellent data exchange frameworks, solve the problems existing in the present frameworks, and offer advices for establishing more perfect XML/EDI data exchange framework. It may work for the construction of E-business based on XML/EDI technology...
