The Research On NPLs Valuation Of Commercial Bank

With the speeding steps and increasing difficult on disposition NPLs in China, it is already a corn problem on how to handling NPLs for commercial bank and four asset management corporation (AMC) that how to establish a rapid, accurate and credible valuation method system according to NPLs peculiarity. The purpose of this paper researching on the NPLs problems that depended on the former study are providing scientific, reliable, convenient and effective reference according to NPLs handling , having some reference value in future theoretical study and provide price fixation accordance of China's NPLs handling, and help AMC achieve the rapid and accurate determine on Bank's NPLs valuation. The dissertation focuses on study of establishment of valuation index system and method of valuation, launching on analysis on property of bank's NPLs and effect factors of cash valuation, take national valuation of bank's NPLs valuation.In the first place, this paper analyses and classifies effective factors on NPLs Valuation, and then analyses the NPLs invest circumstance in consequently to develop and consummate the system of effective factors result in forming NPLs index valuation system.In the second place, this paper indicates the shortage of currently using method in NPLs valuation by commentary. Based on the established index system, the research validates that the Delphi and AHP are accordant to the requirement of China's NPLs valuation by the reason that they are feasible in management of NPLs valuation.In the third place, after the theoretical study, the dissertation carries through a demonstration study on text form index system and valuation method based on the index system by selecting typical cases.Last but not least, based on the analysis result to effect factors, the dissertation advances several policy suggestions aim at the problems existing in China's NPLs valuation.
