Study On The Risk Evaluation About Building Contractors In A Bid The Stage

At present, risk management in engineering field has bean on its first stage and its evaluation is not very mature.Many building contractors doesn't have strong consciousness on it and have dim realiation about risk evaluation.Also,there are only a few useful and suitable risk evaluation methods in onr country.This paper makes a careful study on the problem of risk management by analysing and comparing the civil and foreign theories of risk management.According to the examples of architectual projects and the theories,it puts forwards the concept of risk management in a bid the stage in engineering field . The emphasis is to apply Fuzzy AHP and Checklist in architecual projects in a bid the stage .The research of the peper has a suggested function in developing the building contractors consciousness of risk management,perfecting the process of risk analysis and appraisal and developing the practicabicity on riks analysis and appraisal.
