Analysis On The Effective Cooperation Among Industry, School And Research From The View Of New Institutional Economics

The economic structure is changing in China which is in the transitional period of economy, and the system which can make industry, school and research cooperate effectively should be innovated also. System is the aggregate of essential factor of institution, but it isn't the combination of the whole institution and the simple combination of the institution. The institution from the view of the new institutional economics is the behavior regulation, standard, stable habitude or ideologies which can constraint, encourage and coordinate the transaction relationship between human. The institution in the field of the cooperation among industry, school and research is the decisive factor which can lead the resource allocation efficiency be higher or lower, and it is also the endogenous variables that restrict the effective cooperation among industry, school and research. It is the new research topic in the field of education to discuss the reforming direction of the effective cooperation among industry, school and research from the view of institution. Using the new institutional economics which was set up and promoted by R. H. Coase, D. C. North, et al, the thesis tries to explore the institutional innovation of the effective cooperation among industry, school and research.In the thesis, elements of transaction cost theory, property rights theory, imperfect contract theory and institutional innovation theory are used to illustrate, analyze and forecast the institutional change in the effective cooperation among industry, school and research.The thesis is divided into six parts and its structure is as follows: Part one is an introduction.
