With the development of economical globalization, the competition between nation andregion are more and more strongly displayed as the competition between city and city,specially between the big city or the super city of certain influence. But now, the competitionof the city isn′t the competition between the individual cities , but mainly displays as thecompetition between the Metropolitan circles ,which takes the key city as the core. Therefore,the competitiveness of Metropolitan circle arises as one kind of new competitiveness researchpattern of. the region competitiveness at the historic moment. At present, in the research areaof the regional competitiveness, the research of the national competitiveness and the citycompetitiveness are more, but are less the research of the competitiveness of Metropolitancircle, also is at the exploration stage, the fundamental research urgent need deepening.This article carries on the theory and the evidence research take the competitiveness ofHarbin Metropolitan circle research as the example to the Metropolitan circlecompetitiveness,The content mainly divides into five chapters, first chapter is the part ofintroduction, second,three chapters is the part of fundamental research, the fourth chapter isthe part of real diagnosis research ,the fifth chapter is the part of conclusion.
