Plan Management And Technology Management Of Military Equipment Model Research Project In A Certain Institue

As a first synthesized electronics institute after establishment of the People's Republic of China, through development of fifty years , especially the Tenth Five Year Plan development, the institute is seen as backbone among stated owned military enterprises, which has accomplished military electronics target during the Tenth Five Year Plan , on the basis of priority of system integration, two to three main military products formed, featuring military product brands of the institute.According to national defense science and technology research classification, model research must be carried out during research beforehand and equipment manufacture, key technique will be applied to practical project, thus, military products employed new technology will be put out, which ensuring advancement of weapon equipment, and settling foundation of smoothly batch production. Therefore, model research is very important, which is a connection of the preceding and the following.Model research project is the mainly part of work to a certain military electronics science research institute. Some problems are faced to planning management and technology management of model research project. This paper discusses the two significant aspects of military electronic equipment model research project, planning management and technology management, and how to solve these problems, according to the characteristic of military electronic equipment model research project and existed problems.Based on introducing the process and feature of military electronic equipment model research project, planning management is analyzed firstly. WBS should be used to substantiate the bound of project, by which engendering the plan before optimizing it.
