Beijing Armstrong Machinery CO. Ltd is one of the three powers in the industry This dissertation first makes a comprehensive analysis on the marketing environment, internal resources, market segmentation and positioning of the company, then does a systematic study on the marketing strategies of product, price , place and promotion with the 4Ps theory.This dissertation also puts forward the suggestions and plans on protect environment & save energy -marketing of the company based on the related theory emphasizing on propagating protect environment & save energy-product, initiating protect environment & save energy consume, establishing protect environment & save energy CI and acquiring unique competing strength.
