The Study On Selection Of Partners And Coordination Management Based On Supply Chain

Under the international competitive environment, competition between enterprises has converted to competition between supply chains. How to choose suitable partners to construct a supply chain with competitive advantage is a problem we have to think about. Just about such background, the thesis studies choice of supply chain's cooperative partners and coordination management based on a great deal of correlative literatures home and abroad.First of all, the thesis expatiates on theories and research trends of supply chain and supply chain management. Based on this research and theories, the second part analyzes relationship of cooperation among partners from the supply chain prospective. The third part probes into evaluation and selection about supply chain's cooperative partners, builds all round performance measure system of suppliers and resellers, and presents the quantitative calculating formula of the measurements. The forth part of thesis points out methods and approaches for coordination management of supply chain's cooperative partners aiming at solving some problems in supply chain's coordination and avoiding the effect to the performance of the whole supply chain. Finally, we points out and then analyzes problems, after studying actuality of our nation's coordinative partners of supply chain. Based on the actuality, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve on the relationship of supply chain's coordinative partners in our nation.
