The Central Economic Working Conference in 2005 also emphasize that we should " adjust the relation of consumption and investment hard, regard increasing the consumption of resident especially peasant's consumption as the focal point of expanding the consumption demand, widen the consumption field and improve the consumption environment constantly." The strategic adjustment of macroeconomic policy shows the good prospect for expansion of rural consumption goods market. No matter from seeing the consumption trend that peasants change with social economic development, and from the opinion of dependence of peasant to consumer goods market, It is necessary that we should go on constant expansion to the rural consumer goods market, but also have a great deal of difficult problems to it at present, and these difficult points cannot be solved only depend on someone or social strength of group a certain, thus, we should organize various fields strength of the whole society to explore and adopt actively a series of measures for expanding the rural consumer goods market.This text is divided into four parts.
