Study Of Thermoelectricity Enterprises Value Management Based On EVA

Value-based Management (VBM) is a new management thought, mind and method put forward by west management field. It's a kind of value faith, which is based on organizational perspective and culture, and established by the enterprise,and to applied into the routine of staffs. The intention of VBM is to realise the lasting normal wok of enterprise though the effective management on value. It has been paid a lot of attentions by west management scholars and entrepreneur since 1990s, and attracts more and more attentions. It's being accepted gradually, and becomes a new trend.This paper introduces the theory system of Value-based Management totally, depending on the VBM mind of EVA. Taking the design of model as core, investment determination, performance appraisal and salary mechanism as main line, this paper designs a EVA performance process for national thermoelectrical factory, adjusting the EVA's applied index .And it makes an emperical study ,taking chifeng thermoelectrical factory for example. Finally, it summarizes some policy suggestions how to change EVA into native, focusing on the problem of the short of effectiveness of applying EVA in the immature market.The EVA performance process for thermoelectrical factory is the first try of applying Value-based Managemnt mind. It's believed that it will take on wider applied value through more research.
