| From reform and open, Chinese GDP increases rapidly but from the relation of consumption, investment and export, their contribution to our GDP is unbalance, in which consumption of countryside is very lack.In this article, the writer analyze the reasons of peasants lack of consumption from the uncertainty of the income, the uncertainty of payout, the socialized intensity of agricultural product and traditional consumption habit influence, using data from 1992 to 2004(because of after the 14th National Congress of the party in 1992, our country establishes socialist market economy progressively ,in this text quote the data since 1992).The writer use theory analytical method and calculation analytical method to explain and analyze the factors that influence the consumption of peasants . Because the consume theory of west has its rang of application. The special fact in our countryside and our peasants special way of behavior decide in this article I make some changes at the base of west theory .Secondly,in this article the writer combines the analysis for the factors affect consumption in both here and abroad and make some change and replace for some factors.In this text, the writer has analyzed the uncertainty of peasant's income, the uncertainty of the expenditure, the high self-sufficiency consumption that cause of socialized intensity of agricultural production and the traditional consumption habit impact on peasant's consumption.Select agriculture income, salary income, the remaining sum of peasants deposit in the end of the year, self-sufficiency consumption, level of consumption of last year to analyze and using agriculture income and salary income to analyze the impact on consumption expenditure of peasants correctly.
