Empirical Study On Correlation Between The Capital Structure Of China's Listed High-technique Enterprises And Their Performance

Resorting to the western Capital Structure and the reference of the latest research output in China, this thesis offers thorough empirical analysis study of the correlation between China's listed high-technique enterprises' capital structure and their performance. Based on the analysis above, an explanation to the empirical results is followed, based upon which concrete countermeasures and advices to refine the high-technique enterprises' structure as well as the management frame was proffered by the author. The whole thesis consists of four parts:Part one: Introduction. The aim of the part is to select the topic reason, introduce the research method and the related concept.Part two: Western capital structural theory and its contribution to our country's high-technique enterprise's model. This part mainly introduced the western capital structural theory in every genealogy.Part three: The research of our country's high-technique enterprise's capital structure and achievements. The real purpose is to build a model of our country's high-technique enterprise's capital structure and the enterprise's achievements by using the SPSS statistical analysis software. The data were collected from 2000 to 2004 years about China's Listed High-technique Enterprises in Shen and Hu Markets. Besides I also establish the model of integrant of the capital structure and enterprise achievements as well as the enterprise achievements and the capital structure.Part four: The analysis and practical meaning of the model based on our country's high-technique enterprise's capital structure and enterprise achievements. This part mainly carried on the analysis based on the third part, and proposed some suggestions: First, Our country's high-technique enterprise should increase the stockholder's rights;Second, treat creditor's rights prudently;Third, improve the high-technique enterprise's achievements and optimize the capital structure;Fourth, optimize our country's high-technique enterprise's capital structure system;Fifth, optimize our country's high-technique enterprise's financing system.
