| China and South Korea are neighbors in East Asia. Since the two countriesestablished diplomatic relationship in 1992, the past 13 years havewitnessed a dramatic growth in business exchanges between them. At presentthey have become important international business partners. China is thelargest developing country in the world and South Korea is an importanteconomy in East Asia. Therefore they can enjoy a great potential tocooperate. Nowadays, the FDI from South Korea have flooded into China tograsp emerging opportunities across the country and Chinese enterpriseshave also sought to invest a lot into South Korea. To our excitement, someof them have made headways and succeeded to some degree. This paper willtake a close look at the current development and analyze the motivationof the FDI from China into South Korea on the basis of related FDI theories.What's more ,this paper will take Chinese enterprise jingdongfang andshanghai dazhong as examples to gain an insight into the investment modeof FDI into South Korea from China .At last, it will touch on the impactof these investments on both sides so as to give some suggestions for thoseChinese"would-be"enterprises who will venture into South Korea. |
