Research On The Model Of Knowledge-Intensive Business Service In Wenzhou Based On Iudustry Clusters

Along with the arrival of knowledge economy, service industry is taking more and more national economy and employment, and has become the industry taking position in national economy. Knowledge Intensive Business Services (KIBS) is an indispensable industry, because it plays an important role in produce, distribution and use of knowledge. From 1970 to 1990, accompanied by international metropolis functional structure to the central business district, KIBS clusters developed as a world trend. Currently, KIBS clusters dominates international metropolis development of the central business district and decides the city's economic prosperity and its international competitive level.As one of places the private economy occurred, Wenzhou's economic development attracts worldwide attention. During 26 years from 1978 to 2004, the GDP grew from 1.3 billion yuan to 140.3 billion yuan, an average annual growth of 15.4%. However, starting from the late 1990s in the 20th century, the Wenzhou economy has started to appear the sign which the growth became slower, how to seize the opportunity which the industry promoted, develop knowledge-intensive service industries, which would Wenzhou economy to a higher level, will be a major challenge for Wenzhou.This article profits from the research results of the domestic and foreign knowledge intensity service industry, summarizes the international domestic urban development KIBS successful experience, take the Wenzhou's KIBS as the research object, explore the clustering development model which suits this region and this industry.This article is divided into seven parts, which are as follows: Chapter I introduces the background and significance of the research papers and KIBS research synthesis;Chapter II has carried on the industrial clusters outlined, including clusters of related industries theory review, introduction the definition and characteristics of industrial clustering and so on. Chapter III introduced the relevant theory of KIBS;Chapter IV analyses the world's urban development model clusters of KIBS of London, Bangalore and Tokyo, and then to analyze the KIBS of Beijing, Shanghai and Jiangsu Province;Chapter V firstly has carried on the review to the Wenzhou service industry development history, then has analyzed the Wenzhou service industry development main characteristic and the existence main question, finally has discussed the Wenzhou development KIBS necessity;In view of the Wenzhou KIBS development actual situation, Chapter VI proposed three kinds of patterns which suits its cluster development;Chapter VII proposed the development concrete measure and the countermeasures.
