The brand is called one of assets that are most potential and most valuable. Because of thedemand of a series of activity, such as, financing, annexing, joint venture etc., the research onbrand evaluation has been paid attention to by the theories and practice workers.This text starts with the basic concept of the brand property, analyses the basic theories ofbrand valuation, and stresses the research on the comparison between the basic theories ofbrand and credit evaluation.Complex and abstract content of brand value is main reason that causes the valuationmethod diversification and the analyzing result differences. Currently, ach method have it'srespective blemish, the subjective and the indetermination problem within method is most basicreason that cause the valuation fulfillment not norm and united enough. Therefore, how to setup the brand valuation index sign system and the evaluation method that is objective, norm, andhaving maneuverability and extensive applicability is a hard nut in theories research on thebrand property valuation.This text aims at the subjective and the indetermination problem of former valuationmethod and puts forward new brand valuation model after the good and badness of the variousevaluate methods are considered comprehensively. In this model The price ratio index sign,brand strength, the advanced enterprise is offered, and the evaluation index system of brandstrength is constructed, and the gray system method is used to measure the brand strength. Thismodel reflects the characteristics of relativity, market, simulation and equity etc. For provingrationality of method, this text has done the demonstration research in house equipmentindustry. Theories and practice is combined organically.
