With the development of times, the character of market competition has been changed a lot. Under the demand of new time, corporations should adapt the marketing speed according to ability inside and the environment outside.Combine the competition theory with the age, the paper put forward the conception of speed marketing. On the base of this conception, the paper draws the physics theory about subject which is pressed to illustrate how to develop acceleration when the corporation markets and how to get power to affect the marketing acceleration.The paper selects marketing strategy index and builds marketing acceleration index (MAI) to number the index with the AHP analysis method.At the end, the paper builds speed marketing run mechanism to guarantee the speed marketing including organize system, human resource, information system, control system.
