The Appraisal Of Urban Ecosystem Health

This dissertation based on the requirement of sustainable development, and the study about interaction of urban natural economic society, and also with the direction of eco-city theory, add appraisal of health to the urban ecosystem sustainable development. Finding the problem on urban resources using and the main facet restricting urban development, analysis the relationship between economic-society activity and resources carrying capacity, chase the way to adjust urban development and environment, population scale, economic development and environment benefit. Consequently, give some impersonal advice to protect the urban ecosystem, improve the quality of city environment, and to defend the probable coming eco- environment problem. This dissertation contains five chapters including exordium and epilogue: chapter one describe the actuality about study on urban ecosystem health at home and abroad; chapter two expatiate the basic theory about urban ecosystem health, gives the own framework and function of urban ecosystem which is different with other scholars; chapter three introduce the AHP-Fuzzy Synthetic Appraisal and give the index system of urban ecosystem health, plot out five grade and give each standard; chapter four choose Nanjing city as object and evaluate it, with the result to find out its restriction, and give some optimization advices to improve Nanjing urban ecosystem; chapter five summarize the knowing and the study conclusion.
