Intermediate Business is the most important business field and increasing points of profit of commercial bank. It is noteworthy that the intermediate business of China commercial bank doesn't have the mature pricing mechanism and its pricing is random, lacking research on it. On this condition, the author did research on the pricing of intermediate business, using the production pricing method of commonly commodity producing and selling.This paper analyzed the interior and exterior environment of China commercial bank impersonally. After summing up and comparing the development of intermediate business of commercial bank inside and outside China, the author suggests that the service of China commercial bank comes into a "charge age", and its foreground is optimistic after frustration.The pricing includes production strategy and pricing strategy. Their integration is the decisive factor of the long-term and short-term profit of the intermediate business. In the pricing strategy part, this paper suggests that the production combination strategy and the integrated pricing strategy are the development trend of the intermediate business.Finance market is affected by market mechanism like other merchandise markets, and the financial production supplier's scale, profit and status in the market are decided by the price. After having introduced the method with which established the pricing model of intermediate business and analyzed the variables affecting the pricing of intermediate business, this paper established a mathematical model on the intermediate business pricing for commercial bank,On the basic of the pricing model, this paper rectified the model according the reality, and put forward some projects, which can be consulted by the leader of China commercial bank.
