Research On Problem Of Credit Guarantee System In China's Small-Medium Size Enterprises

Credit Guarantee is a mediate activity combined with credit certification and capital responsibility. Providing credit guarantee is a solution of collecting money. The governments in many countries regard it as an important policy of supporting small-medium size enterprises(SMSE) to set up a credit guarantee system(CGS) in SMSE cooperated with the governments. Nowadays, China's CGS in SMSE has set up, but is not sound, and there are many problems in the practical process. We think, perfecting the CGS in SMSE should learn good experiences from developed countries, and put basis on China's social and economical development status. This study, based on the comparative researches of CGS in SMSE of developed foreign countries, deeply analyzes China's CGS in SMSE. It fully analyzes the problems in the process of setting up CGS, starting with the status of China's CGS in SMSE, and comes up with the thoughts and counter-measures of perfecting China's CGS in SMSE in order to boost its further healthy development.
