Developing a method of how to establish an learning enterprise of continuing, thinking highly of and rapidly learning is very important to power network enterprise which would train the key ability of serving customer and set up the enterprise image once again and realize the both winning on society results and economic results.Until now, many domestic and abroad research workers researched hard the establishment of learning organization and called it the coming organizational revolution. However, there are still many questions to researching especially on the establishment of learning power network enterprise. It isn't putting the concepts piece together but applying the ideas of learning organization to enterprise'e management basing on the practice overall and consciously in order to serving for the strategy , trainning the key ability and promoting the enterprise's devolepment.In the first chapter, this thesis discusses the indispensablity of learning organization's establishment from two aspects—one is the importance to the enterprise's existence and devolepment, the other is the facing situation of power network enterprise. At the same time, it also introduces the researching on the establishment of learning organization by domestic and abroad research workers especially the present situation of learning power network enterprise.In the second chapter, giving a normal and typical case which happened in my company. It analyses the present learning obstacles in the power network enterprise using the case. It also analyses the management rules causing the obstacles and indicates that it must be changed thoroughly by establishing the customer serving idea. In the third chapter, this thesis fully discusses the serving strategy which power network enterprises have to set up in present stage and indicates the constrction of key ability in realizing the strategy.In order to establish learning power network enterprise ,it is important to settle two puzzles—one is implement of the serving strategy basing customer orientation and the other is training the key ability centering on the customer orientation. In the forth chapter, this thesis discusses from the theory of "learning" and "learning organization" and tries to find the key answer of the joinment of the theory and practice basing the true facts of power network enterprise.
