Abstract/Summary:
There has been at least 60 years that neo-liberalism emerged as a theoretical phenomenon. It include many branches who advocate economy-liberalism and oppose keynesianism simultaneously. They preach the policy of privatization, marketization, non-intervention and free trade. Since the medium-term of 1980s, neo-liberalism has been developed gradually to the economic, political and ideological programmes of international-monopoly capitalism. "Washington Consensus" is the typical form of the politicalized neo-liberalism. Those developing or tranmitting countries, which carried on economic reforms during the last decade of the 20th.Cen with the guide of "Washington Consensus", made a great deal of economic, political and social crisis instead of development. Latin-American and Eastern-European countries are 2 areas that are heavily affected by neo-liberalism.In recent years, a great tide of discussing, reproaching and resisting neo-liberalism rose among international communities.
