The Research On Technological Innovation Of Small And Medium Sized Enterprises In Hubei Province

Small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) play an important role on promotion of economic growth and employment. Technological innovation is the key element to improve core competitiveness for SMEs. This paper tries to find a solution for SMEs in Hubei province to promote technological innovation.Firstly the author makes a brief review of the literature on innovation of SMEs. This paper discusses the basic features and concepts on technological innovation and describes characters of technological innovation of SMEs in Hubei Province.Secondly, this paper makes a comparison among many developed economies' policies and measurements to support SMEs' technological innovation. The author also gives some views on the future of those support polices.In the following chapter the author introduces an innovation theroy on a resource-based view and discusses advantages and disadvantages of SMEs' technological innovation in Hubei Province.At last the author gives suggestions on how to make technological innovation strategies for SMES in Hubei province. And this paper tries to build a policy system to promote SMEs' technological innovation better.
