| Deng xiao-ping's science & technology thought (s&t thought) is the important components of Deng xiao-ping's theory. And the high-tech zone is an effective organization to carry out Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought of "Develop the high tech, to realize the industry". This article introduce Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought first, then analysis the problem in the development of our country's high-tech, finally, the paper gives some advice on how to develop our country's high-tech zone.Three chapters have been concluded in this article:Chapter 1, The contents, contributions and significance of Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought.Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought mainly are: s&t are the first productive power; develop the high s&t, to realize industrialization, respect knowledge, respect talent, etc. Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought not only develop the s&t theory of Marxism, but also have great value in guiding our practice. Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought is the guideline in developing our country's high-tech zone.Chapter 2, problem and reasons of China's hi-tech zones. Great achievements have been achieved since the first hi-tech zone (Zhongguancun science zone) was founded in 1988. But there are still some problems to be deal with, such as how to improve the policy environment, how to increase the R&D investment, how to perfect the risk investment system, how to avoid the repeated constructions, how to enlarge the industrial scale, how to improve the knowledge construction of the staff in the zone, how to attract more management or marketing talents, how to regulate the flowing systems of hi-tech staff, etc. And the paper also analysis on the reasons of the problems above.Chapter 3, carry out Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought and develop hi-tech zones in china. This is the difficult point of this paper, because the measures or policies should be feasible in practice. Three respects should be considered: First, carry out Deng xiao-ping's s&t thought. Second, basing on macro view, we should work out good strategic plans of the hi-tech zone's development; create a soundenvironment for the hi-tech zones. Third, basing on micro view, we should promote the self-construction of the hi-tech zones.
