Research On Technology Innovation Capability Of Chinese Family Enterprise

Innovation is the assurance of the vigor for a family enterprise, and the technological innovation can be said to be the forever motive force for family enterprises' sustainable development But after middle period of the 1990s, the development speed is relatively slow, because the market competition is becoming fiercer and fiercer , and the business scale , product variety , quality , grade of the family enterprise must be upgraded constantly, but it cant bear such a big pressure. So if we want to reform the family enterprise to modern enterprise , which have competitive strength and vigor , it must depend on the technological innovation and system innovation. At present, lots of researches concentrate on the policy system and system innovation, have not probed into the technological innovation factor. However, after system innovation, we need technological innovation as motive force to guarantee sustainable development of the family enterprise. So it is essential to study the family enterprise in terms of technological innovation.The whole article can be divided into five chapters, chapter one gives an overview about the family enterprise and technological innovation ability. First synthesis domestic and international scholars' study on the family enterprise, technology innovation ability, and then propose the view of this article.Chapter two can be divided into two levels, firstly synthesis current situation of the technological ability for the family enterprise, secondly analyze the advantages and restriction factors of technological innovation ability from inherent, external angles. Through the argument of these two levels, making every effort to make an overall analysis on the technology innovation ability of Chinese family enterprise.Chapter three structure the technological innovation ability index system of family enterprise at first, choose the corporate culture, organize managerial ability , R&D ability, produce manufacturing ability and marking ability as the first class index, then confirm second index . second estimate every index , calculate kinds of index value , and make comprehensive appraisal on the technological innovation ability of family enterprise finally.Chapter four choose the famous family enterprise: wanxiang enterprise as a real example. Combine its own state and data, materials , setting up wanxiang's technological innovation ability index system, which included 5 first class indexes,18 second index. Then estimate , calculate every index , make comprehensive appraisal finally.Chapter five proposed the technological innovation ability countermeasure . First, define the technological innovation of family enterprise; Perfect the family manage, set up modern enterprise system; Strengthen technology input; Make family's corporate culture; Absorb the technological managerial talent of outside; Pursue the strategy of brands to increase one's own competitiveness. In addition, the government should build the good social atmosphere, make the corresponding laws and regulations, widenning the financing channel and strengthening social service system to support technological innovation of family enterprise.
