The practice of corporation culture in china has been led into a plight that showed froma lot of facts including the recent survey made on eighteen corporation inXi'an-High-Technology-Industry-Zone.The primary question can boil down to the fact thatcorporation culture is out of joint with the corporational practice of management andstrategic layout that can be seen from two trends in china.One trend is that corporationculture has been equal to political moralization in most state corporation in china. Anotheris that corporation culture has been equal to Visualization- Building especially in mostprivate corporation.Why? The whole matter is that corporation culture is immature as anew subject which is messy in system and is blurry in concept and is short in means. It isso important that the new subject system must be founded by basic concept to content theneed of practice. The article bring forward a corporation culture system based sharedvision by succeeding to excellent production of corporation culture and other subject, suchas modern HR,Organizational Behavior, Strategic Management and the Thought Of Visionbrought forward by Peter Senge in 1995. First, the article adopted Qualitative Research asmain means to deduce a new framework model of corporation culture by analysing thebasal form process of culture. On this condition, the article sequentially put forward thesort model of corporation culture, the diagnoses model of corporation culture by criticizedthe recent production of corporation culture.All of this compose the system model ofcorporation culture based shared vision. As a result of the new system of corporationculture is the first model of corporation culture which deduced by Qualitative Researchmeans, its effect must be practised in material application. So the article detailedly introduced the process,the means,the achievement of practice in Xi'An Huahai Medical Info-Tech Co.,Ltd.The result of application has indicated that the system model of corporation culture based shared vision has introjected into the practice of management and strategic layout in Huahai , which has evidently improved the cohesion and battle effectiveness of Huahai and has been proved to has lots of advantage contrast with the old system of corporation culture. The system model of corporation culture based shared vision has a wide applicational foreground if some limitation can be improved on.
