Study On The Indicator Analyses Of The Risk Pre-warning System Of Intellectual Capital In The Knowledge-based Firm

The 21^st century is the era of knowledge economy, and the knowledge-based firms become the domain form of the enterprise. The intellectual capital(IC) becomes the core capital in the knowledge firm. This paper analyzes that the IC is the core resource of the development of the knowledge-based firm from the characteristic of the knowledge-based firm and the rationale of the knowledge-based firm's emergence. And then, this paper brings forward the definition of the risk pre-warning system and mainly study on the indicator analyses of the risk pre-warning system of the IC in the knowledge-based firm as the IC has the characteristic of risk. First of all ,this paper describes that the IC is the core capital in the knowledge-based firm which influences the survival and development of the company; then the paper gives the definition of the risk pre-warning system of IC, describes the basic ideas, function and the work process of the system; constructs the indicator analyses of the risk pre-warning system of IC from the human capital risk status, the technology capital risk status, the management capital risk status, the market capital risk status and the customer capital risk status; puts forward that we can utilize the multi-integrated fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate the rank of the risk; discusses the ways of deciding the risk grading and the line-point of the risk pre-warning indicator and the way of the risk information outputting; and further, verifies the rationality of the constructed risk pre-warning indicator analyzing system of IC and the validity of the evaluation method through inquiry survey of one knowledge-based firm; finally, analyzes the presentation of the risk of IC, provides the strategy of the risk pre-warning management. Through constructing the risk pre-warning system of IC, the knowledge-based firm can best operate the IC, enhance the core-competence capability and the value of the company. The innovations of this paper are: puts forwards the definition of the risk pre-warning system of IC in the knowledge-based firms; and systematically studies the risk pre-warning system of the IC in the knowledge-based firm.
