The developing process of aerospace products is a complicated and systemic project, which usually requires large amount of investments and high risks. Due to the present economic development level in our country, there is a limitation of the amount of the money that is invested in the area of developing aerospace techniques; meanwhile, the pressure from the international competition has become much greater than before. But with the increasing communication with the outside world and the participation of our country's aerospace products' in the international commercial field, it is imperative to develop and complete a suit of effective cost estimating system and approach of aerospace products, which is in accordance with the present and future scientific research. This thesis focuses on the study of aerospace products' life cycle cost estimating approach and the establishment of corresponding pricing procedure and approach, so as to provide the principles and foundations for relative departments in their management, control, distribution of cost and pricing process. This thesis takes the life cycle cost estimation and pricing of aerospace products as research object. On the basis of widely studying and summarizing the worldwide existing achievements of theoretics and technologies of cost estimation and pricing of aerospace products, and according to the developing procedure of aerospace products in our country, this thesis divides the life cycle cost estimation of aerospace products into three phases. And then according to the different characteristics and requirements of each phase, it analyzes the cost composing of this phase and establishes the estimating model respectively. Then combining with actual examples, the thesis gives an analysis and study on the estimating results obtained by applying the models and on this basis it investigates and probes into the pricing procedure and approach of aerospace products. Finally with the software engineering idea and approach, the thesis analyzes, designs and realizes the prototype of "Cost Estimation and Pricing System of Aerospace Products".The main jobs of this thesis are as follows:1. On the basis of the study and summarization of LCC (Life Cycle Cost) estimating theories, technique achievements and the developing procedure in China and US and according with the characteristics of the cost management of aerospace products in our country, it develops and completes a LCC estimating approach of aerospace products which is in accordance with the present and future scientific research - integrated estimating approach;2. Basing on the aerospace products' different life cycle and the relative maturity and applicability of various cost blue print, it establishes the cost estimating model for each cost phase by using parameter costing, nerve networks, engineering costing and gray forecasting approaches respectively, and then investigates and probes into some model-relative problems (such as the selection of independent variables, themanagement of historical data, etc.);3. Through investigation and research, it establishes the cost decomposing frameworks of developing cost, manufacturing cost and utilizing cost, which provide the foundation for establishing the detailed cost estimating model and collecting cost data;4. After the analysis of the existing problems in current pricing and the main factors that influence the price, it puts forward the pricing procedures, the pricing approaches and the implementing steps;5. Based on Windows platform and software engineering idea and approach, it analyzes, designs and realizes a prototype of cost estimation and pricing system of aerospace products.
