Research On Export Credit Agency And Export Financing

With the development of global economic and finance integration, the relation between international trade and finance institution becomes closer. The relation between the export company and the Export Credit Agency (ECA) should be the kind of close cooperation relation. But in fact, the foundation time of the ECA in our country is very short, and the EMC gives poor support to the export company financing. In another side, our export trade keeps rapid increase, and the export company has more demand on financing. But the export financing methods are very short. The conflict between the support ability of the ECA and the demand of the export company become more serious. So it has realistic meaning and practical value to research the problems of ECA and export financing.The thesis focuses on the relation between ECA and export financing and researches concerned problems. At first, the thesis introduces the ECA. By comparing to the development of ECA in foreign countries, it finds the characteristics of ECA in foreign countries. Then from another aspect, the thesis analyzes the development and characteristics of export financing in foreign countries. And then it summarizes the relation between ECA and export financing in foreign countries, which will be useful reference for the development of the ECA and export financing in our country. Next, on the basis of analyzing the present situation of ECA and export financing in our country, the thesis finds the problems in our country. Finally, by analyzing both domestic and international new situations we are faced with, and drawing lessons from the foreign experiences, the thesis puts forward some new suggestions to the development of ECA and export financing in our country. By analyzing some cases, the result is validated.The thesis uses the methods such as empirical study and canonical parse, analytic approach and induction approach, cases research and logic analysis.
