Fourthly, basing on the analysis of Weihai manufacturing base construction and mode selection, it put forward to this region that it should develop the transport equipment, IT, engine implement and other five main industry group and the relevant policy environment, logistics environment, human resource environment, executive system environment; finally, this paper has pointed out we should use the success experience from developed country or region for reference to build the scientific development attitude during the construction and development of Weihai manufacturing base, holding the structure adjustment route with the technology development, sticking on the unit of the strategic adjustment and adaptability adjustment, to make Weihai be famous manufacture base at home and abroad by the forerunner of high-technology industry, the support of advantage industry, and the assist of characteristic industry. At the end of this paper, during the development of Weihai manufacturing base, we should also pay more attention to the city zoology development, the region cooperation of east Shandong peninsula, to resolve the conflict between the base construction and urbanization, the conflict between high-tech industry and labor intensive industry, and the relation between base construction and creation during the base construction.
