How to Increase the transform rate of intellectual product has always been one of the main problems that need to be solved urgently. The key reason lies in the disjointedness between intellectual products and market demands. To solve this problem need to hold marketing concept in intellectual products' developing and transforming activities. The research on how to Increase transform rate now mainly focuses on management system's reform , private technology companies ' development, investment system reform, etc. Little study Is carried on how to combine marketing concept and intellectual products' development from the angle of intellectual products Institutes. Some thesis about intellectual products is coming forth in succession recently, but the studies cover too much contents without deep research, some basic theoretical problems are not comprehended clearly, and there is still no monograph on this subject to be presented. All these lead to the result that neither great theoretical value nor positive practical importance can be seen in these studies. Based on such a reality, this article chooses the subject "the framework to intellectual products marketing" which has great exploring significances as its main topic. On the arrangement of its contents, this article makes a detailed analysis of the main character of intellectual product as a special commodity first, and then makes a discussion on some theoretical fundamentals such as the basic problems to be solved by intellectual products marketing, and the researching perspectives, on this basis, it at last offers a constructive theoretical framework to intellectual product marketing as a conclusion.
