Since 1990s, with appearance of economic globalization, regional economic integration will be strengthened: coming up of more organizations and speeding up of process of integration. The distinctive traits, which are different from those of former regional economic cooperation, are shown by many ways: motives, modes, contents, ranges etc.The regional level and compatibility of open-up have been improved. Internationally regional trades will have huge influence on foreign trade of China. Following this trend, China must enjoy benefits from multi-lateral system of free trade both by modifying polices including moderate protection trade of shift to regional opening-up trade and by taking part in the process of economic globalization through adopting double trade modes and developing of regional trade cooperation in all levels.
