Shaanxi Province "One Line Two Belts" Regions Characteristic Agriculture Development Pattern Research

Characteristic agriculture is that has the unique resources condition, the obvious provincial characteristics, the special product quality and the specific consume market agricultural industry. The characteristic agricultural development pattern refers to that the concentrated reflection which has the typical representative characteristic agricultural development construction and the operation practice basic characteristic and the advanced experience carries on and the highly summarizes on the basis of full analysis factors as resources, economy, technology, system foundation and so on. It is in the certain economy development phase, represents the characteristic agricultural development direction the typical experience, can promote under the similar condition. This article is divided into five chapters, detailed researches the elementary theory on region characteristic agricultural development pattern, conditions of "one line two belts" regions characteristic agricultural development and the issue of its choice of development pattern question and so on, proposes this area characteristic agriculture development countermeasure based on the result, and hope to provide the model to the region characteristic agriculture development. In the introduction part, this article simply introduced the background, the goal and the significance of the research, and the research mentality and the method of this article, mainly describe foreign and domestic dynamic state of research do about the agricultural development pattern, finally proposed the possible innovation place. In the second chapter, the conception of the characteristic agriculture and it's development pattern has been defined, three kind of patterns as the natural resource development, the market leading and the processing industry impetus has been proposed rests on different function of three kind of industries in the agricultural industrial production process. Then introduced the characteristic agricultural development pattern elementary theory, namely: the compared competitive theory, the competitive advantage theory, the agricultural industrial production theory and the technical innovation theory, and appraise the manifestation to these theories carried on the characteristic agricultural development pattern. Finally has constructed the characteristic agriculture appraisal target system. In the third chapter, mainly research the "one line two belts" regions'basic conditions to develop characteristic agriculture and the present situation on the development of characteristic agriculture industry, quantitative analysis this area agricultural development characteristic from the different angle, and had pointed out existed questions in the current characteristic agricultural development. In the fourth chapter, use the characteristic agriculture appraisal target system constructs in the article before, the region's main characteristic agriculture industry development conditions has carried on the appraisal to "one line two belts", the current development pattern in this foundation had determined, and the choice to the next development pattern has made.
